Sprout delivers healthy meals everywhere in Korea that is serviced by Korea Post.
Korea post is unable to deliver on military bases however we do have some options.
- Yongsan Gate delivery. If you are on Yongsan garrison we can meet you at one of the gates at a specified time on Sundays and Mondays.
- Pyeongtaek Humphreys / Osan delilvery. Sprout has arranged a special pick up location at the Create Wellness Center in Pyeontaek. We will place a note on the delivery asking that the courier complete the delivery before 7pm (1900) and will message you when we receive confirmation that the box has arrived.

No, Sprout meals are delivered ready to heat and eat. You can use a microwave or a stove to heat up your meals. * Occasionally we have some items like the Jalapeno Fritters mix and Falafel Mix that just needs to be spooned into a hot pan and fried before eating.
Sprout Hot Meals can remain in the fridge for 5-7 days. You can freeze Sprout meals for up to 3 months before eating. Salad Bowls are best eaten for up to 5 days. You can also freeze the salads and they make a great stir-fry later.
No. Most healthy meals from Sprout are not frozen prior to being delivered. There are a few exceptions like the Mexican Burrito that are frozen. They will be marked as frozen on the menu.
Some Desserts are shipped frozen like the Raw cheesecakes. If you receive Postal Delivery these raw desserts will experience some melting. They can be re-frozen when you receive your order. They will still taste great but will not look as nice as when they left our kitchen.
A vegetarian excludes meat, poultry, and seafood from their diet. Some vegetarians also exclude eggs and dairy. Vegans avoid meat, poultry, and seafood, and they also eliminate all animal products from their diet including any milk and eggs and even honey.
A Plant Based diet consists of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts and natural healthy oils. Processed foods are avoided including refined grains. People who follow a plant based diet may also include meat but generally in smaller portions and less often.
Vegan and vegetarian diets do not necessarily mean a healthy diet since it can include processed, refined and even fast foods.
Sprout focuses on using natural whole foods ingredients. We do not use any refined white sugar, white flour or white rice Sprout uses healthy options such as olive and coconut oil as well as cane sugar and pure maple syrup.
