Sprout Menu July 2, 3rd

The Sprout menu for July 2 and 3rd is here!  We have three amazing Salads & Bowls this week that are packed with vegetables, grains and flavour! Sprout Salad Bowls are always super filling and satisfying and certainly make a great meal on their own.

To celebrate Canada Day we are also making Strawberry Cake… Because It`s Red and White, and also Delicious 🙂
