The Sprout menu for July 9, 10th is out now. The Mexican Burrito is back with New lentil meat, chipotle hummus, and a whole wheat tortilla! Perfect for Summer we also have vegan burger patties and buns as well as a new Red lentil Kofta Mix! These are the well-known Turkish Kofta, delicious little meat balls or patties. Heat cocnut oil in a heavy skillet, and fry the balls or patties until cooked through and evenly browned. Great as a side, a snack or as a vergan burger alternative.
