Sprout Menu for July 30, 31st

Sprout will be on vacation the week of August 6th so this is the last chance to stock up on your healthy meals until August 13th. All hot meals and desserts are freezer friendly!

People ask me all the time if they can freeze the salads and bowls. Yes! My preference is generally a hot meal for dinner so I’ve been stir-frying Sprout salads and bowls and I love it! I started with the Tacos and Burrito bowls but now I’m stir-frying everything.
